Rule 132
Bills originated and passed in the National Assembly

(1) After receiving the bill that originated in the National Assembly and passed by that Assembly with the message, the Secretary will table it in the Assembly and distribute one copy of it to the members.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), two days after the distribution of the copy of the message containing the bill, the presenting member may present a proposal that the bill be considered. However, if the Speaker deems it appropriate, he may allow such proposal to be presented in any meeting after the copy of the message containing the bill has been distributed.
(3) While discussing the proposal under sub-rule (2), general discussion will be held on the subject of the bill and the principles underlying it. In such a discussion, the section will not be discussed unless it is necessary to clarify the principle of the bill.
(4) In the case of the procedure after the resolution as per sub-rule (2) is passed, the procedure related to the bill originated in the assembly shall be applied.
(5) If the proposal to consider the bill or to pass the bill is rejected or if the bill is passed or if it is passed with amendments, the Secretary shall send the information to the National Assembly along with the message of the assembly, clarifying the details accordingly. अगगगग
